Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • We only accept returns for products with manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or incorrect items sent.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • Unstitched fabric cut to size cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery at support@sohabfashion.com or call us at +92-329-148-6996. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., different size), please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, or your bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sohabfashion.com.
